Diamond of Bodrum Hotel

The staff and management are dishonest and thieves. They knew when we arrived that they do not have a room that matches our reservations. They made us wait two hours and then provided a room with broken air conditioning. We objected as the weather was quite hot. They started playing games and claiming they don’t have any other rooms in the property. They claimed they can repair. Couple hours later the AC was still broken and clearly they know it is beyond repair. We asked them to cancel our reservations they insisted on charging us for the night despite the fact they did not have a functional room for us. Basically they embezzled $167.09 for us. The staff and the property manager were unprofessional and did not care about their guests or their reputation. This was our worst experience ever. Bunch of thieves.

Best location and the view!? You need 10 minutes walking to be in the center. Beach is small, but if you wake up on time you can get a nice spot. And stuff is amazing, nice people, they respect covid measures and clean everyday. Food is also great, for everyone taste.

This place is awful. Probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed. They tried their luck by putting me in a room that was more like a storage room. Disgusting, old, run down, tiny, the bathroom door open 15” as it would hit the toilet, I had to climb over the toilet to get in the bat tub which was barely big enough for a child, ant infested, no air, the shower fluctuations burnt me 3 times and just generally not fit for humans. After complaining they moved me to another room. Yhe next room was only a bit better but still poor. The AC doesn’t work and the rooms are unbearably hot. The showers still burn you, ants, bad WiFi and generally very poor. And the rest of my family experienced the same thing. And on top of all that, the staff hardly speak English and they are generally dismissive, have no customer relations and are not fit to work in any kind of hotel (maybe a youth hostel at best). Be warned and stay away from this place - it is HORRIBLE.

It is not actualy 5 stars hôtel. It look like 2 stars hotel. There is no light in the coridors. You shuld find your room in darkness. There is nothing in the rooms no water no tea, no café non electric kettle.

Fine location and nice views from the room but everything else about this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, the bathroom was very outdated, the breakfast was so forgettable that I ended up eating out every other day during my visit. The first night my air conditioning didn't work in my room and they insisted they had no other rooms to move me to, despite their website showing availability. This hotel looks like a good deal but it really is not worth it, I assure you.

The staff were funny and friendly The food is delicious and the staff are good with children and entertain them!

The staff at this hotel are amazing and so attentive I have to mention "Tunahan " at the pool restaurant he's amazing and also "cigdem"in the lobby bar..she is excellent We will definitely be returning here

Hotel Diamond of Bodrum is a great hotel when it comes to service and food. They have buffet. Something I liked the most are traditional turkish baklavas. It is sutuated on a great place. Something I didn't like was a private beach that was too small for a hotel with that many guests. Stuff was always available, which was great. I also liked the fact that the food was also available during the whole night. The rooms were pretty clean and we didn't have any problems with our private property. I really liked it and I would deffinitely visit again.
