Staff at the highets level, kind and always smiling. Raise the hat to these people. Beuatiful hotel, perfect services. Private beach with these kind people is really close to the hotel. If you are considering your vacation at this place we higly recommend it to you. All inclusive here is our go to if you want to have bellyful of drink and food. This hotel doesn't disappoint you. Food nothing special, cleanest not bad, location poor( no sea view), just trafick and ezam from mosque, MOST important think is if you arrive in the morning, you should wait until 14h in the lobby with your luggage( even there is a plenty of empty rooms)

Wonderful,it was my first opinion,but now on my last day here,I can say I am so bad experience here,neve can again,no positive opinion at all! There are some shops in the hotel complex and same are so good and helpful,but the jeweler shop disappointed me so much,I wanted to buy something and I did not know if I have so much money on my visa credit card,the man there said he will try on the machine and said that there is no so much money,than puch card several times and at last said he get 400tr.lira and I can get only 2little picies,not the watch I liked,put that in bag ,give to me and go out of shop,I followed him by asking for the chek of the acount,becouse I had no evidence how much money he took from my card,he began to shout on me in front of the shop,WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE WITHOUT MONEY I felt so bad,because I buy many things there. Today I said that to the reception and main menager,thay were just listening,no interest The room maker was so lazy,do not now to speek any language,if I need something do not understand ,show to here to change my room thing bad and towels,and later I see she do not change but make the old thing like new,You can see if somethig has fresh smal or dirty If I was cold at night and need more to cover me nothing,she do not understand I left my bikini on the balcony and two day later so,no bikini,ask every where,on the reception,by the pool ,nothing,so disapinted And at last when I check out of room,put my bagaze in bagaze room,just sit in loby and drink coffe,some women came to me and said we have to chack your bagaze,we went to the baggage room ,she open the sutcase and my bag looking im to my things,and when she find nothing,said she is sorry,it was their protokol?! I travel so much and have not seen something like this DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL That is not all,several times I saw the room maker sleeping in guests rooms! Thay were just geting together few room makes in empty guest rooms,drink coffee,talking or whatching tv,if you need something ,do not care or not understand ! I have never seen such things in hotel resorts! Last year I was in Turkey in Kemer and it was really wonderful,not here Recommendations for SAILOR"S BEACH RESORTS IN KEMER Hope someone will read this

It s a nice place, with nice and friendly employees. Very clean swimming pool and a lot of activities u can participate...Their animation team is the best. Clean rooms..but.. russian people are all over us ?

Unfortunately, the quality of my current stay in this hotel is way below my expectations. 1. While the move-in experience was positive, generally, the hotel staff is unhelpful and does not always speak English. The receptionist is not always available. If customer’s questions or concerns are brushed off, they will go and post reviews here. 2. The hotel staff does not respect the meal schedule. It is written at the reception that between 11pm and 12am, there is a soup serving time. When you actually come to the restaurant, the lights are dimmed, and the staff is not present. The management has to make the customers feel welcome. This is not happening. 3. While I understand the difficulty of the Covid times and the fact that food needs to be relayed by the staff, I find it unacceptable that there was not anyone at the drinks section in the restaurant when I needed a tea. Also, the salad section has no labels, and it is difficult to explain the staff what you want. 4. Food quality and diversity is far from the greatest. I expect more meat options than just an over-fried chicken and a fish full of bones. Some food items are outright stale. Please, respect yourself and your customers. 5. The quality of the massage was not worth the money. Maybe other massage kinds are better, but I do not recommend the stress-relief massage. When my massage was complete, I opened my eyes and saw both the masseuse AND the receptionist lady next to me, trying to sell more massages. I do not understand these aggressive marketing methods. I think the management has to do a lot of work to keep the customers coming. I will not consider coming back here again.

Compared to the real 5 star premium hotels from Lara, Belek or Bodrum, this one gets max 3 stars. It is a budget hotel in a low cost area if benchmarked to theTurkish Riviera. The gist of tourists are east europeans (RU, UA, RO, PL) and too many poorly educated, sadly The hotel is aprox. 300m away from the beach, shuttle service is being provided if one can sync with Rooms are clean and large enough for two, reasonably outfitted. WiFi available also in the room The Spa and fitness are located underground, fitness area being a joke for a 5 star actually .. Old style AC placed on the ceiling and blowing over tourists' heads (lobby and resto), a difference of 20° being hard to stand when just arrived from outside Service is reasonable but 3☆ conform. Staff in general accommodating, welcoming and likeable but detaining poor knowledge of international languages -specially within restaurant/bar Self service is not allowed (all- inclusive includes meal gymnastics by finger pointing towards various dishes :)) ); wearing mask is compulsory within the restaurant, masks are offered gratis At the pool bar, if you are "lucky", the barman gets you the lemon squeezed or the ice put into the glass with bare fingers.. :) Ayran is sadly served exclusively at the Beach/Pool bar Water provided only in yogurt- like recipients Bar drinks were terrible (fake perhaps?)! Food tasted poorely and would not mind the lack of dish diversity if it wasn't pretty much the same every day. Sweets were mostly dry ( Baklava) or not as tasty as they could be Lunch available only 1h and half, dinner 2h. And closing times were swiss accuracy respected ;) But music in the resto is cool ;) Animation and entertainement is consistent with the 3 star quality.. Important note: not speaking Russian in this hotel can be a disadvantage ? My conclusion: not a hotel for picky people or for longer than 7 days. Might be worth a try off peack season

It is not a 5 star hotel, but my experience was great. The beach is not so near as they say, I think it is 700 m far, but it was ok. Inside the resort you have all kind of animations, you can't get bored. The rooms are clean, and the cleaning personnel do their job very well. The restaurant is very clean and they do aply all the measures they can in order to prevent COVID-19. The food was delicious.

I gave 2 stars for animators, which deserves 10 stars. The services at this hotel are of very poor quality. Offer, Not related to reality. Do you want to benefit from what you paid for? Get ready to take money out of your pocket for each service. Without tips you don't get anything. In short, I do not recommend and never return to this hotel again.
