Aradan 24 saat bile geçmeden götürüp yardımcı olmalarını istedim. Hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar bizden kaynaklı sorun yok. Ürünün firmasını arayın onlar sizinle ilgilensin dediler.
Ticaret Bakanlığını aradığımı ve benim iade ve değişim hakkımın olduğunu söylememe rağmen fişi verip gidin bizi şikayet edin dediler.
