Diamond Beach Hotel & SPA

The worst reception I have ever seen (and I travel and stay at the hotels a lot!). Everyone is composing about their reception. Have no idea why this hotel has 5 starts. Cause they have swimming pool? Food is good. Beach is too small

Hotel and facilities excellent however main visitors are Germans and Russian so always speak in those language unless they want to sell you something.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is cleaned every second, could not find any dust. Reception staff are really helpful, Hamzah at the reception is really good and friendly, he is will to help with anything also his English is really good. The people staying at the hotel are very rude, but that's the people not the staff. Really enjoyed the stay and my daughter and wife really enjoyed it. Will be back again.

It is nice hotel, real 5 stars. There are many places where you can spend time: several terraces, a big lobby, etc. Spa is super. Room: modern, clean, big enough. In bathroom are all necessary: shampoo, hair lotion, shower gel, body lotion, toothpaste and brush. Also, there is a safe (lockbox). Food: very tasty, vast variety of salat, fish, meat, fruits and cakes. Nice service in a restaurant. Animation: could be better but for me was ok. Would be better to add to the play list a more modern songs/music. In general, for me it was super cool vacation: good accommodation, tasty food, clean territory, nice beach and very warm sea. Only the thing i don't like was the man (he called himself Alladin) who offers every day the travel to a leather shop. He is too intrusive and interferes to relax.

This hotel is best for calm uneventful vacation, not very suitable for young crowd (though you can say that about the entire Side). Food is good, views are amazing, not far from the sea. Rooms are tidy but small. Stuff speaks English and German.

Excellent hotel and very clean and organised. The staff were very helpful and they helped in any way you wanted help. I stayed here from 16th feb to 22nd feb and it was truly amazing stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were modern style rooms for the money i payed for the hotel it was well worth it. I lost my luggage from jet2 going to Turkey and the lady at the desk Ilkay was very helpful with my concern and helped me locate my luggage and it was at my hotel in 2 days. The food was amazing and there is a big variety of food to choose from. Very big buffet everyday to choose from fresh and cooked well. The drinks were nice too. Anyone saying the hotel isnt good have a very high king standards and are wrong because i could not find anything negative about the hotel. The spa was amazing too

I was here in july 2021 and this was an awesome experience for me. I was here for 9 days and 8 nights and it was amazing. Staff knows many languages, but knows english poorly.(that was not a big problem for me) Almost every night a new animation that was really great and fun to watch, and amazing activities organised by them also through the whole day! Room cleaned always when you want to. Food was all in all good, dinner and lunch really good, but breakfast wasn't good enough you have to choose just some different sorts of pastry and that's it. Pool wasn't deep enough, 140 cm is deepest one. People nice always with a smiling face. The beach wasn't far away from the hotel it's like 3 to 5 minutes. There was a beach bar and it was everything free from 10am if you are in all inclusive. I think I gave as many information as possible if you have something to ask i will answer your questions. Short answer: I was having a great vacation with my family and I spent some quality time and made a lot of memories.

hotel is clean and staff friendly, the food is not very varied, but certainly sufficient. the last 2 days the food was very nice. The male waiters are too clinchy and harass you everywhere which is a minus, they are too familial and won't let you eat or give inappropriate comments. the hotel itself in general is clean, but the pools inadequate, as we all got intestinal infections after swimming in the pool. we are satisfied with this hotel in general but will not choose this again because some of the staff were very incompetent and rude. The pool hygiene is also a minus. As for the food, reception, and room cleaning this was sufficient, but not above expectation. With the necessary adjustments, this hotel can be raised to a higher level, however we would not opt to book this hotel in the near future. Kind regards,
