★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu firmada 1 yıl bilfiil çalıştım. Kendi hatam olmayan bir nedenle işten çıkarma yasağı sonucu 7 ay izne çıkarıldım. İşten çıkarılamadığım için dava da açamadım. İşten çıkmam için 'Hakkını verelim çık.' dediler. Bu 7 ay süreye maddi olarak dayanamayıp haklarını veririz demelerine istinaden işten çıkma kararı aldım. Fakat işten çıkarken ihbar tazminatımı da ödemediler. Bu firmada çalışmış biri olarak kimseye bu firmada çalışmayı asla tavsiye etmem.
I worked in this company for 1 year. I was put on leave for 7 months as a result of a dismissal ban for a reason that is not my fault. I could not file a lawsuit as I could not be fired. To get out of work, 'Let's give your credit, get out.' they said. I decided to dismiss this 7-month period based on the fact that they could not endure financially and said that we would give their rights. But they did not pay my notice compensation while leaving my job. As someone who has worked in this company, I would never recommend anyone to work in this company.
