★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the closest DHL service to kizilay, which is a bit of a hassle to walk to. It would be ok if it was located in the kizilay area. The employee here is super nice and professional. Our transaction was dealt with quickly. However, it was required that we speak Turkish to get by.

Also would recommend to have enough time to visit, sometimes gets crowded. But can enter the place only one at a time.
Avoid going close to lunch times.
