The private bathrooms are large and warm. The hourly fee for the private bathroom is 100 TL for one person. The reception is quite relevant. There is a trap called Kaplica Termal Hotel in Kızılcahamam. You should come to this hotel, not that hotel, for a private bath.

We checked in to the hotel, went to the room, turned on the water, but the hot water did not come. We also reported. They told us that it will come late because it is the 5th floor, we waited, but it never came. We said anyway, we took the family bath and entered it, but there was no hot water there either, and we waited there for half an hour in vain. There was a problem, they said they'll fix it, but we waited for 10 more minutes and it didn't come. We said we wanted to go out too. But they took 150 lira from us. We paid for our own mistakes. We didn't even stay for 2 hours in total. We've already spent waiting for him. But I do not halal, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, the family pool is wide clean, both the pool and the area where the basins are located, there is a big belly button, there is a separate locker room, these were the good parts. When you enter the rooms with colored linens, you feel as if you have come to a state guesthouse, not a hotel. The smell of cigarette has permeated the rooms, the curtains have turned black, the seats at the entrance are very old, it would be much better if minor changes were made. If we are going to evaluate it in terms of price, it is reasonable, especially if you come from outside the thermal pool you use, it will find that price anyway, the breakfast is below medium, the taste of the cheeses is not good. If you don't expect too much luxury, cleaning and prices will do. Room temperatures are good for a family with children, it was -16 at night, we didn't get cold. If we compare it to hotels with three times the price, we stayed at another hotel in the autumn last year, it's called luxury, but it was cold here, we didn't experience it here.
