Detaylı bir şekilde anlatmaları ve ilgilenmeleri bizi çok memnun etti. Gözünüz kapalı halılarınızı emanet edebilirsiniz. Yeter ki konuştuğunuz kişiye sorununuzu detaylı bir şekilde anlatın masraftan kaçınmak için nasıl bir kir olduğunu saklayıp olumsuz sonuç alınca firmayı suçlamanın bir mantığı yok. Bildiğim kadarıyla yıkama çeşitleri var zaten bilgi veriyorlar.

Özellikle halıları yıkarken yapay parfümler kullanmayıp sahte temizlik algısı oluşturmadan halılarımızı gerçekten pırıl pırıl yapmalarını sevmiştim. 2. kez de bu nedenle tercih ettim ve yine halılarım tertemiz geldi. Bunun dışında hem telefonla iletişimleri çok iyi, net bir şekilde bilgi alabiliyorsunuz hem de halıları almaya gelen ekip güleryüzlü ve ilgililer. Aynı zamanda oldukça dakikler, çok hızlı bir şekilde yıkayıp teslim ettiler. Kendilerine buradan da tekrar teşekkür ederim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllardır halılarımı dışarda yıkatıyorum. Bu firmayı yeni taşındığım eve yakın diye tercih etmiştim. Halılarımdaki hiçbir leke çıkmamış olarak geldi. Kimyasal kullanmıyorlar herhalde diye iyi tarafından baktım ama bir ay içinde halıların tüyleri yapıştı. Donuk ve kötü bir görüntü oldu. Hiç böyle olmamıştı. En azından 1 ayda böyle bir görüntü olmamıştı. Lekeler için leke garantimiz yok demişlerdi o yüzden bunun için de aramadım.üstelik pahalı. Bir kez daha tercih etmem inşallah el halılarım tamamiyle bozulmamıştır

There was no such image in at least 1 month. They said we do not have a stain guarantee for stains, so I did not call for it either. It is also expensive. I won't choose it once again, I hope my hand-made carpets are not completely spoiled.
