Before the pandemic, I registered at Dermo Laser Gebze Branch on the recommendation of my friend. I went to 2-3 sessions of my 5+2 sessions. Since I had to move to the European Side of Istanbul and I was afraid to go due to the pandemic, I called and explained the situation and asked if a refund could be made. It was said that if a refund is made, you will be damaged, etc. Let's not make a refund. He offered to freeze my package without giving a date. Based on this, I did not go during the pandemic. By the way, there was no message, etc., when going to the sessions or after the conversation. In order not to go back to the beginning in treatment, I decided to start again, albeit far. When I called, the person who got on the phone wrote something like 2-3 months later, your membership ends, so your membership was canceled because you didn't come. He said we can't do anything. You talked to Ms. Bahar, she said call her again. I said call me, I am the victim. A week passed, of course, no one called. Then I went to Gebze to talk face-to-face and we talked about the situation again with my friend who recommended it. Bahar lady was there and she entered us with a very ugly style. He said that a lot of time had passed and he said he wouldn't do anything. When we wanted to look at the contract, he would not show us the contract and continued to talk to us with an ugly tone like "I will bring it if I find it". It made it difficult. Later, a man who was listening to the conversations as if making fun of us and claiming to be the owner of Dermo joined the conversation. We encountered a more uglier style and you are always so nervous because you are a woman, ladies always started saying that. He finally kicked us out. I have passed the victimization, now I will apply wherever necessary, I will ask the cameras to be watched. I see this as an attack on human rights.
