Hırdavat ( bağ bahçeden tornavidaya, kömür sobasından inşaat sarf malzemelerine, mala, matkap, hızar... vs. kadar) giyim, sebze-meyve, çerez, şekerlemeler, bisküvi.. yöresel dimiler, kümes hayvanları, büyük baş hayvan yemi, zamanında küçük baş kurbanlık, her türlü bölge şartlarına uygun fidanlar, çiçekler.. Halı ve battaniye, yastık.. Ahşap ve doğrama ürünler.. halkın fırınlarda kullandığı "çilpi" adındaki hamur taşıma gereçleri ve ekmek atma kürekleri..
Halk pazarı cumartesi günleri sabahın erken saatinde kurulup ikindi vaktine kadar hizmet vermektedir. Bazı mutfak ürünleri satan esnaflar burada satış yapmakta olup kimilerinde kredi kartı geçerlidir.

I can say that Derinkuyu public market is the biggest market of the region without exaggeration. All of the people of the region, including the surrounding villages of Niğde, Aksaray, Kayseri and Nevşehir, do their shopping here. You can find almost everything you need in the market. Major products:
Hardware (from vineyard or garden to screwdriver, coal stove to construction consumables, trowel, drill, sawmill, etc.) clothing, vegetables-fruit, snacks, candies, biscuits.. local twills, poultry, cattle feed, small head sacrifice, saplings suitable for all regional conditions, flowers.. Carpets and blankets, pillows.. Wood and joinery products.. dough handling tools called "çilpi" used by the people in bakeries and bread throwing shovels..
The public market is set up early in the morning on Saturdays and serves until the afternoon. Some of the shopkeepers selling kitchen products sell here, and some of them accept credit cards.

Nevşehir is a beautiful market in Derinkuyu. people are awful. The prices are reasonable and the products are fresh. If you happen to be in Nevşehir Derinkuyu, I definitely recommend you to visit this market, which is set up on Saturdays. At least you can buy Nevşehir simit. I recommend you to buy this Nevşehir bagel, which you can't find anywhere else. Derinkuyu is already famous for its underground city. A quality and historical place. i recommend
