A place I know because of my father's business trips. It is a clean, affordable and comfortable accommodation in a very good location. We thank the founders for bringing such a beautiful facility to Derince.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yemek hizmeti sabah akşam güzel sıcak suyu var ama onun dışında pek çok eksisi var. Wifi yok temizlik ve hijyen kötü, duş ve tuvaletler oda dışında ortak ve kapalı alanda sigara içilmesine pek dikkat edilmiyor. Ücretine göre kalınabilir fakat bu durum kişiye göre değişebilir.
Food service has nice hot water in the morning and evening, but there are many other cons. No wifi, cleanliness and hygiene is poor, shower and toilets are not paid much attention to smoking in the common and indoor area outside the room. You can stay according to the fee, but this can vary depending on the person.

I stay here, but I stay on the first floor out of necessity, I go to the second floor to the toilet and bathroom. Meals may be Fiat suitable for some 3rd class segments. I have personal problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar ucuz fakat çok kötü. Duvarlar inanılmaz pis. Duşlar ve tuvaletler ortak kullanım alanında ve pis. Tek kullanımlık ürünlerin hiçbiri maalesef yok. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar fakat binanın kendisi ve hijyen kötü olduğu için bir puan yeter de artar.
Rooms are cheap but very bad. The walls are unbelievably filthy. The showers and toilets are in the common area and are filthy. Unfortunately, none of the disposable products are available. The employees are very friendly and try to be helpful, but one point is enough because the building itself and the hygiene are bad.
