Derici Hoca Kimdir: Mehmet Gündoğan’ın değerli çalışmasından öğrendiğimiz Derici Hoca alim ve zahid bir hocadır. Harabî ve Türabî tarafından takdir edilip ve saygı gösterilirmiş. Zor meseleleri çözer, sıkıntıları için kendisini ziyarete gelenlere daha onlar konuşmadan sorularının cevaplarını verirmiş.
Menkıbeler: 1-) Derici Hoca hacca gitmeyi çok istermiş. Hac mevsiminde bir grup Afyonkarahisarlı hacı hacca gitmişler. Derici Hoca’da sabah kalkıp ellerini açıp dua ediyormuş, hoca ellerini indirir indirmez kendisini Mekke’de Haremi Şerif’de bulur. Bunu gören Afyonlular şaşırır. Derici Hoca'nın daha başka menkıbeleri vardır. Bunları Mehmet Gündoğan'ın kitabında bulabilirsiniz.

 Derici Hoca Tomb Location: It is located in the cemetery behind the Dombal Fountain in the center of Afyonkarahisar Province.
Who is Derici Hodja: Derici Hodja, who we learned from Mehmet Gündoğan's valuable work, is a scholar and ignorant teacher. It was appreciated and respected by Harabi and Turabi. He solved the difficult issues and gave answers to his questions before they talked to those who visited him for their troubles.
Menkibi: 1-) Derici Hoca wanted to go on a pilgrimage. During the pilgrimage season, a group of pilgrims from Afyonkarahisar went on pilgrimage. The leatherman woke up in the morning and opened his hands and prayed, and as soon as the teacher lowered his hands, he found himself in Haremi Sharif in Mecca. Afyon people seeing this will be surprised. Derici Hodja has other stories. You can find them in Mehmet Gündoğan's book.
