From the entrance to the exit, you feel the attention and smiling face to the end. You get that warmth from everyone from the restaurant to the reception. I will leave this holiday bay, which I chose as the last address of my 1 week holiday, extremely satisfied. For those who are looking for peace and tranquility, you can sit on the balcony and drink your tea, and you can have peace with the green of the mountains. I sincerely give 5 stars while conveying my thanks to the employees who do their best to help, even if the houses are in a clean and pristine condition.

The rooms of the houses are very nice, there are enough sitting areas (armchairs etc.), the landscaping is beautiful, I would definitely recommend

Looks like a beautiful place. Playground, restaurant, spa, hammam facilities are good. Only the standard rooms are very small. It's hard to have small rooms in such a beautiful space.

A clean and relevant hotel. If you look up the view, it's a gas station when you look down at the magnificent mountains among the clouds. Meals were delicious. We ordered Akcaabat meatballs and hamburgers. It was very successful. We read a few bad reviews and were afraid of breakfast. It was absolutely delicious without any fear. They even brought the muhlama twice. They offered freshly baked bread. Our respectful waiter friend at our head didn't double what we said. The price was a little high. I would deduct points here, but my wife reminded me at the last moment that they were serving bananas and yogurt in the room for our little girl. That's why 5 stars. Congratulations.

It doesn't have a view, but it has everything else. The service is very nice, very clean. Heating system is nice. The garden is beautifully designed. We were able to sit comfortably for 6 people in the double bungalow. It was nice to be able to sit together as a family in pandemic conditions. There are also two seater seats for children. While the score to be given to the breakfast we went to as an open buffet was 5, the service breakfast of the place where we serve as a mixed breakfast is now 2 stars for me as points, but it is a bit better among the places to go under Artvin conditions. In addition, the fee you received under the name of the service fee (mandatory tip) reduced the star from 2 to 1, thank you ??

I stayed for 5 days. I chose it because it is quiet away from the city. In a word, everyone at the hotel is incredibly helpful. They take care of everything. The rooms are very clean, the view is simply amazing, the food is incredibly delicious. You can't find a Dergiz burger even in the best places in Istanbul. Kumak is very delicious. There are Salih and Canan in the restaurant. They are wonderful. Say hi if you go. There is Hasan Bey at the reception. He takes care of everything, he has tremendous energy.
