İşlemler Turkcell’in MAYA isimli programı üzerinden yapılmasına rağmen, müşteri Temsilcisi olan EDA isimli kadın tarafından tüm özel bilgilerimin fotoğrafı çekildi. Bu fotoğrafı özel cep telefonuyla çekti! Kendisine bu yaptığının kanunen suç olduğunu (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu ile BTK mevzuatı) hatırlatmama rağmen, bu fotoğrafı çekmesini bayi yönetiminin istediğini söyledi. NETİCE OLARAK, BU BAYİDE İŞLEM YAPAN KİMSENİN KİŞİSEL VERİLERİ GÜVENDE DEĞİLDİR! Kendileri hakkında hem BTK nezdinde inceleme başlattım hem de suç duyurusunda bulunmaya hazırlanıyorum. Bu bayiden işlem yapılmasını ASLA ÖNERMİYORUM!
I went to get a new line. Although the transactions were made through Turkcell's MAYA program, all of my private information was photographed by a woman named EDA, a customer representative. He took this photo with his special cell phone! Although I reminded him that this is a legal crime (Personal Data Protection Act and BTK legislation), he said that the dealer management asked him to take this photo. AS POSSIBLE, THE PERSONAL DATA OF THIS DEALER WHO IS PROCESSING IS NOT SAFE! I have started an investigation about them at BTK and I am getting ready to file a criminal complaint. I NEVER recommend trading from this dealer!
