Kargo dağıtmıyorlar, ayrıca iletişime de kapalıymış(!).
Açılmasaymış Şemdinli'den ne güzel kargo getiriyorlardı.
Ya kapatın ya da hizmet verin.
A terrible branch!
They do not distribute cargo, and communication was also disabled (!).
What beautiful cargo they would have brought from Şemdinli if it had not been opened.
Either shut down or serve.
