Şahin Bey, his father and his team are amazing. They made and delivered our books in the best way possible. Very helpful and friendly team. Although there are thousands of blueprints in Istanbul, I preferred Dereağzı for thesis binding.

I would like to mention this as a place where I experienced it for the first time in METU. I would like to thank a friend named Zafer, whom I had the opportunity to chat with when I went to get my graduation plate, for providing the fastest service in that intensity.

This is always the best address for your copying and photocopying business. Attentive and calculated.

3 PROBLEMS I LIVE WITH DEREAĞZI: Before I make my comment, I would like to state that my friends had similar problems in their METU branch. First of all, I published a total of 14 books for a friend of mine (ODTU MASTER-DOCTORALI) who was out of town at the 100th anniversary photocopy department I went to in October 2020 and paid 485 TL. I sent the books to my friend. A few days later he shared with me that some of them had trouble binding. Even though I was a victim to my friend, I did not give any negative feedback to the business. Then I went back to the mouth of my own books. I have previously sent pdfs of the books I needed to extract from both the drive and the mail. But I still faced the same situation. If I checked this sloppy situation when I bought the books, I would have noticed it, but I assumed that the person working in the business was controlling it. Finally, a few days later, I sent it from the drive to the mouth to print about 15 articles. But see that some articles have been published twice and my 6 articles have not been printed. This time, I contacted the e-mail and told them that they were doing their job in a sloppy way, that they needed to be more careful and that I had been victimized for the third time in the last week. I have been paying a fee for the unpublished pdfs that you can understand. Of course, nothing will happen from a few PDFs, but they said that my friends with whom I shared the situation were similarly victimized, and that there were some of their friends who suffered in this way. Anyway, at the end of the day, in the e-mail sent to me from the owner of the business, they stated that there was a confusion, that they would deliver it to me by comparing it in the following outputs, that they would share it with me if there was a problem, they would do their best to make up for this situation, and they wanted to see me as soon as possible. I think they are kind people. I do not believe that their intentions are bad either, but I wish they had taken the situation they stated in the e-mail as a principle to them, but if I (and others like me) were not a victim nor had to do this sharing.

They lost my document to be photocopied and they did nothing to make up for it. Moreover, I think they saved my number, they do not pick up when I call.

1. VAT vs. They said we need to pay and they didn't withdraw from the card and asked me to send it to their bank account. Receipt/invoice etc. they don't. Probably tax evasion. 2. The covers of 4 of the 6 volumes of theses that I removed were faulty. 1 had incorrect page order. They misspelled the title of the thesis on the cover. I went to fix it, instead of apologizing they made fun of it as "it was a bad luck". 3. Even after it was corrected, one letter was below where it should have been. I didn't bother anymore because I was fed up. 4. They don't come unless they say they will come soon and call again and again and they waste time. Even the first one was not finished in 2 hours as it was written on their site. It took more than 7 hours in total with the corrections.

I passed the money too, shame on your time, these are thesis etc. I don't know anyone who prints official documents and continues their academic career, obviously people agree on the quality.
