Boyayı ben yapacaktım halledeceğini ve 500 tl iade yapacağını söylemesine rağmen ödeme yapmadı. Param buharlaştı. Aldığı kirayı da ev sahibine zamanında yatırmadığını daha sonradan ev sahibinden öğrendim. Standart güvenilir görünen emlakçılardan olup güvenilmemesi son derece tavsiye edilir. Mağdur olanın kendisi olduğunu iddia edip paramın üzerine çökmüştür kendisi. Bu mesajı da yazmayacaktım ama 500 tl göz göre göre cukka edilince.
