A disgusting bank does not take full care of the customer, they made me wait for a few hours and they told me that I could do the transaction myself.

This branch or even the bank, the work is not falling. Kocaeli branch is entering the wrong maiden surname of the mother to go to the branch as we blame. Customer representative lady took the wrong place in the queue, they say they get the box they say. ... Shame on your understanding of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moneygram işlemi için mecburen gittim, 2 günde adıma gelen parayı veremediler (!) Kasıtlı vermediklerini düşünüyorum, araya haftasonu da girmesine rağmen sistem bir türlü düzelemedi. Nasıl bir sistemse artık!! Ya da kötü bir bilişim kadrosu vardır belki ama bu daha da kötü, kim neden güvenip müşterisi olsun böyle bir bankanın. Çalışanlar işi sahiplenmiyor, bugün git yarın gelci bir çalışma prensibi var. Kesinlikle müşterisi olunmasını önermem. Kuveyt Türk saniyeler içerisinde verdi parayı, üç kuruş doların hesabını mı yapıyorsunuz kur yüksek diye, bu nasıl bir hizmet anlayışı??
I had to go for the moneygram transaction, they could not give the money that came to my name in 2 days (!) I think they did not give it intentionally, even though it was intervening at the weekend, the system could not recover. Whatever system it is now !! Or maybe there is a bad IT staff, but this is even worse, who should trust and have a customer of such a bank. Employees do not own the job, there is a working principle that will come and go today. I definitely do not recommend being a customer. Kuveyt Türk gave the money in seconds, are you calculating the three cents dollars, just because the exchange rate is high, what kind of service understanding is this?
