Saat 15:15 oldu. Benden sonra gelen herkes işlemini yaptı bana gelmedi. Bişey sorucam deyip kimliği verem herkes işlemini yaptırdı. Gişede çalışanlar çok yavaş çok muhabbet ediyor işlem dışı.. çok pişmanım denizbank müşterisi olduğum için

Çok saçma bir sıra sistemi var ilk gelen siz olsanız bile eğer şubenin müşterisi değilseniz en son işleminiz hallediliyor. Umarım bulunan görevlilere bu konu hakkında müdahale edilir diğer birimlere de şikayetimi yazacağım. Hatta benim gibi orda sıra bekleyerek mağdur insanlarında bu durumdan şikkayetçi olmasını saglayacağim.
The institution where I was kept waiting for hours and knowing that I was waiting on purpose. There is a ridiculous queue system, even if you are the first to come, if you are not a branch customer, your last transaction is taken care of. I hope that the officers will intervene on this issue and I will write my complaint to the other units.
