The service is bad, if you are a Syrian, Afghan, that is a foreigner, they will take care of you, but if you are a Turkish citizen, do not go, they do not provide service. They do everything to avoid opening a current account for those who are Turkish citizens.

Beni içeri dahi sokmadan geri yolladı.deniz bankı arayıp durumu anlattım, tüm şubeler açmak zorunda dedi fakat kapıdaki güvenlik bana bu tavrı gösterdi. Yazıklar olsun size, başka bankalar hesap açmanız için üste para veriyorken denizbank bir güvenlik görevlisini dahi eğitemiyor, ya da hesaplarına öyle geldi, nasıl bir hesap ise müşteri kovmak! Şikayet ettim fakat hiçbir şeye yaramadı yazıklar olsun yazıklar. Sakın uğramayın buraya. Sekiz bankada hesabım var biri bile buna benzer bir tavır göstermedi.
I went to open a personal TL deposit account and the security at the door said that we only open an employee and commercial account here. He sent me back without even letting me in. I called the sea bank and explained the situation, he said all branches must open, but the security at the door showed me this attitude. Shame on you, while other banks are giving money to the top to open an account, Denizbank cannot even train a security guard, or their accounts have come to be, whatever account it is, to fire a customer! I complained, but it did nothing. Shame on you. Do not stop here. I have an account in eight banks, not even one of them showed such an attitude.
