Good day i I used the lCBC Union share debit card that I bought abroad on 02.03.2020, at the ATM machine at Your branch, and withdrawed 14 thousand TL. Then I tried twice again to withdraw 4 thousand TL, but the machine reported that the limit was full and I could not. But then when I look at the amount left on the debit card, 8 thousand that money I couldn't withdraw was cut from my account. Can you help me with this? Thank you
