★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kalabalık sıra gelmek bilmiyor bireysel müşteri temsilcisi 2 tane bekleyen 30 kişi. Banka müşterisi değilseniz gelen önünüze geçiyor. Müşteri önceliği olduğu için diğer gelenler hep arkaya atılıyor. Hoş müşteriler de en az yarım saat bekliyor. Aşırı yoğun olduklarını bilerek gelin.
