Honestly, I don't get nervous while waiting.. but then when I put myself in the place of the employees, I realize how unfair I was as a customer. The incoming customer says let me get the job done without waiting. Waiting, patience, no understanding... but full understanding is expected.... They even do ATM withdrawals and deposits at the cashier... or they have to call customer service to close credit cards or renew passwords, they also do it at the box office... but in short, I was like that. but wrong. I do not confuse the elderly, so they may not... but half of those who wait are young... in short, I am very happy with Denizbank and its employees....
