Ancak,son bir yildir.Maas ve ikramiye ödeme günlerinde ,ya atm geçici olarak hizmet disi ,ya para konmamis ya da 400 tl. ödeme yaplabilir gibi ilgisiz mesajlarla karsilasmaya basladik.Maas aldigim eryaman denizbank yetkililerini aradigim da ise.Her ay bu konu ile ilgili bir çok sikayet aldiklarini genel müdürlüklerine ilettiklerini ancak ayni sorunlarin devam ettiklerini beyan edip bizim de aramamizin daha etkili olacagini söylediler . Bunun üzerine ben farkli tarihler de iki kez denizbank yetkilelerini aradim ve bir kez de mail gönderme me ragmen halen ayni sorunlari yasiyoruz. Denizbank atm sinden emekli maasimizi çekemeyince anlasmali diger baka atm lerinden çekiyorduk. Bu ay maas ödeme gününde atm ye gittigimde atm önünde kuyruk vardi. Yasli insanlar maasini çekemiyordu. Bana sira gelince su anda para ödeme islemi yapilamamaktadir daha sonra deneyin mesaji geldi . Ben de avm içerisindeki anlasmali bankalardan yani is bankasi , ziraat bankasi gibi bankalardan çekmeyi denedim . Bu defa ise bankaniz ile irtibat kurulamamaktadir subenize müracaat ediniz mesaji geldi.Benim de o gün ödemem oldugu için mecruben sicak hava da subeye yürüdüm.Durumu anlattim. Sistem arizali ödeme yapamiyoruz dediler. Bunun üzerine banka güvenlik görevlisi amca içeride ki atm ye yeni para koyduk dedi ve ben oradan parami çekebildim. Sonuç olarak binlerce ememeklinin parasini ödeme taahhüdünde bulunup,kurumunuzdan milyarlarca parayi alip,bahaneler üretip parayi bir kaç günde olsa baska alanlarda kullanan denizbank emeklileri magdur etmektedir.Magduriyetimizin giderilmesi için gereginin yapilmasini arz ederim.
