The process is very complicated. Most of the time for a transaction to go a second time. The behavior and attitudes of the employees are not good. If you open an account, I suggest you check frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnanın tiksiniyorum bu bankadan. Müşterilerine hizmet yerine kazık sunuyor. Ayrıca bu kış 4 kez uğradım hepsinde de personel hastaydı. Hastalanan personeline bir gün istirahati çok gören müşterilerine de sağlıksız bir ortam sunan gaddar bir banka. İlk fırsatta bağımı koparacağım.
Believe me, I hate this bank. Serving piles instead of serving customers. I also stopped by this winter 4 times and all the staff were sick. A cruel bank offering unhealthy environment to its customers who see a lot of rest for a day. I'm gonna take the first chance off.
