Сломанный банкомат этого банка проглотил карту. По словам оператора, у них наёмная инкассационная служба, которая карты, съеденные банкоматами не выдаёт. И конечно, если это единственная ваша карта была, а вам ещё 2 недели до отъезда из турции, и наличных денег у вас нет, это ваши проблемы. Будьте бдительны.
A broken ATM of this bank swallowed the card. According to the operator, they have a hired collection service, which does not issue cards eaten by ATMs. And of course, if this was your only card, and you still have 2 weeks before leaving Turkey, and you have no cash, these are your problems. Be carefull.

Если вы не местный, то просто на Вас забили здесь. Для них местные люди превыше - дискриминация! Не утруждайте себя приходить сюда, принципиально будут отстаивать вас в очереди. Найдите лучше другой банк подальше, но зато нервы сэкономите. Отвратительное обслуживание.

Ridiculous service. None account customers are put to the back of the queue. Locals get dealt with much quicker and are allowed to jump the queue. The teller would not deal with me even after waiting 1.5hours and said wait for your number but dealt with 2 locals without numbers before me

So irresponsible staff. You will wait 2 hours just to send money. For foreigners there are no help. All in Turkish language, and they will speak only in Turkish, even don’t try to understand you. Looking at you like you’re occupying their country. No attention and no respect at all. Never will not come to that office. Sooo furious! The worst bank experience!

Rude staff, they skip non-Turkish clients' queue numbers so as to make them wait and finally managers can reject them just because they want to do so. Too much power is given to them.
