Die Kunden stehen stundenlang an, während die Angestellten genüsslich einen Tee nach dem anderen schlürfen. Die Angestellten können ihre eigenen IT System nicht bedienen, geben falsche Auskünfte und sind überhaupt nicht daran interessiert, die Anliegen ihrer Kunden ernst zu nehmen. Armselig. Bemitleidenswert.
This Deniz Bank branch is one of the rudest, most incompetent, slowest and most ignorant bank branches I've ever encountered. The customers stand for hours while the employees relish sipping tea after tea. Employees can not operate their own IT systems, provide false information, and are not at all interested in taking their customers' concerns seriously. Pathetic. Pity value.
