★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok amatörler! VOLTA gibi bir firma bunlara nasıl servis yetkisi vermiş anlamadım. Ne işten anlıyorlar, ne müşteri ilişkilerinden anlıyorlar! Arıza için servise verdiğim ürünü 1 ayın üzerinde kendilerinde kaldığı halde yapamadılar, ne telefona cevap veriyorlar, ne ürünü teslim ediyorlar. Sorun çözülmeden ürünü zorla aldım geri. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum..
They are very amateurs! I do not understand how a company like VOLTA authorized service for them. They understand neither business nor customer relations! They could not do the product I gave to the service for malfunction, even though it remained with them for more than 1 month, they neither answer the phone nor deliver the product. I forcibly took the product back before the problem was resolved. I do not recommend at all ..
