★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belediye işletmesi. Konum güzel, deniz kenarı. Sıcak havalarda oturulabilecek mekanlardan. Fiyatlar makul. Hizmet konusunda daha iyi olabilirler. Kafenin deniz tarafında şezlong kiralayıp denize girip sonrası soğuk bir şeyler içebilirsiniz.
 Municipal business. Location is nice, on the coast. Places to sit in hot weather. Prices are reasonable. They could be better at service. You can rent sun loungers on the sea side of the café and have a cold drink after swimming.

A cafe establishment with a beautiful view by the sea in Atakum ......... You can swim in front of the beach with the beach in front of you.... Hamburger, toast, meatballs, pita, tea, Coffee, Nescafe, Espresso, Cappuccino, Cold and hot it is a nice place with a variety of drinks and desserts...... Service quality is very good, warm and sincere..... Staff and staff are smiling and caring.............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsun belediyesine ait bir işletme. Bu konumdaki bir kafenin belediyeye ait olması çok güzel. Türk kahvesi içtik. Sunum iyi, huzurlu ve sakin bir mekan. Fiyatlar makul. Ailenizle veya arkadaşlarınızla vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir kafe.
It is an enterprise owned by Samsun municipality. It's nice that a cafe in this location is owned by the municipality. We drank Turkish coffee. The presentation is good, it is a peaceful and quiet place. Prices are reasonable. A cafe where you can spend time with your family or friends.

Since it belongs to the Municipality, its prices were reasonable. However, 2 days ago, they bought 14 TL for 1 Turkish coffee. It was no different from other cafes.

I couldn't find much variety since I arrived late. Mermaid cafe and municipality tea house are the same..
