Does installing a broken camera mean installing a camera? We didn't realize until something happened to us. Now they say that they need a camera recording, the cameras are broken. Do not give money for nothing. They are literally cheating people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle apartmanımızdaki otoparkta olan sorunlar yüzünden kamera taktırılmıştı en azından öyle söylenmişti. Otoparkta arabalar çizilmeye devam ettiği için kameralara bakmak istemiştik. Takıldığı günden beri arızalıymış. Arayıp mesaj atıp gelmelerini ilgilenmelerini istediğimizdede “bilmiyorum arızalıymış akşama elemanları gönderirim” şeklinde cevaplar aldık. Günlerdir ilgilenecekler sözde. Gerçekten çok yazık.
Edit: Şimdi de öğreniyorumki sözleşmesiz ve sanırım usulsüz takıldığını iddia edip kendiniz naparsanız yapın gibisinden konuşuyorlar. Birde daha gelmeden priz bozukmuş diyorlar oysaki camdan hiç ayrılmadık sayılır gelen biri olursa görelim diye.
First of all, due to the problems in the parking lot in our apartment, a camera was installed, at least it was said. We wanted to look at the cameras as cars kept being scratched in the parking lot. It has been faulty since the day it was installed. When we called and texted them and asked them to come and take care of them, we received answers such as "I don't know, it's faulty, I'll send the staff in the evening". They're supposed to take care of it for days. It's really a pity.
Edit: Now I'm learning that there's no contract and I think they're claiming to be hanging out illegally and talking like whatever you do. They say that the socket is broken before they come, but we never left the window, so we can see if anyone comes.
