Özellikle yetkiliniz Yasemin ATALAY Hanım gerçekten işine çok hakim ve çözüm odaklı bir mimar. Sektörünüzün en büyük sorunu satış sonrası hizmet olmasıdır ama Yasemin Hanım bu açığı çok güzel kapatıyor. Ürün almak değil, ürün sonrası yıllarca hizmet almak isteyenlere tavsiye ediyorum.

Görüşmek için içeri girdiğimizde güler yüzle ilgiyle karşıladılar bizi. Hemen bizi Yasemin Hn la tanistirdilar. İncelemeler yaparak bize çok yardımcı oldu. Mutfağın tadilatı için gönderdikleri çalışanlar gerçekten işinin ehli ve çok profesyonellerdi. Tadilat bittikten sonra annemin yüzündeki mutluluğu tarif edemem. Hayal ettiğinden bile güzel oldu. Yasemin Hn'a,çalışanlara,Demsas'a teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Araştırma içinde olan herkese de tavsiye ederiz. Gerçekten işinin ehli bir firma.
About two months ago, we were looking for a company to renovate my mother's old kitchen. Demsaş's factory appeared before us. When we entered to meet, they greeted us with a smiling face and interest. They immediately introduced us to Yasemin Hn. He helped us a lot by doing reviews. The employees they sent for the renovation of the kitchen were really competent and very professional. I cannot describe the happiness on my mother's face after the renovation was completed. It was even better than you imagined. We would like to thank Yasemin Hn, the staff and Demsas. We were very satisfied. We recommend it to anyone who is involved in research. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şu anda kullandığım mutfak tam 26 yıl önce Demsaş tarafından yapılmıştı ve halen ilk günki gibi diyebiliriz. Evet modeli tabii ki eski ama kalitesinden bir şey eksilmedi.
Şimdi de kızımın evinin mutfağını yine Demsaş'a yaptırdım. Siparişten teslimata kadar tüm süreçte hiç bir sorun yaşamadım.
Emeği geçen tüm Demsaş çalışanlarına ve edindikleri misyonda çıtayı yüksek tutan ve kaliteden ödün vermeyen kurucularına teşekkürler ve başarılar.
The kitchen I am using now was built by Demsaş 26 years ago and we can say that it is still like the first day. Yes, of course, the model is old, but it has not lost anything in quality.
Now I have Demsaş built the kitchen of my daughter's house again. I had no problems in the whole process from order to delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demsaş Mutfak Banyo ile yaklaşık 7 yıl önce çalıştık. Gerek sipariş öncesi çalışma dönemi, gerek işi yaparken ki hassasiyetleri bizi çok mutlu etti. Her detayın üzerine hiç yorulmadan fikir üretmeleri, müşteriyi memnun edebilmek için gösterdikleri çaba çok kıymetliydi. Daha sonra başka bir proje için maalesef başka bir firmayla çalışmak zorunda kaldık, ancak daha 1 yıl olmadan sorunlar yaşadık. İşi verdiğimiz firma düzeltmek için gelmesine rağmen hala ürünlerde sıkıntılar yaşıyoruz. Bu tip durumlarda fiyat performans dengesine mutlaka bakmak gerekiyor. Mutfak ve banyo sürekli değiştirilecek ürünler olmadığı için en başta en iyisi ile çalışmak ne kadar önemli tekrar anladık. Başta Yasemin Hanım olmak üzere tüm DEMSAŞ ailesine teşekkür ederiz ?
We worked with Demsaş Kitchen and Bathroom about 7 years ago. Both the pre-order working period and their sensitivity while doing the job made us very happy. It was very valuable for them to tirelessly produce ideas on every detail and to try to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, we had to work with another company for another project, but we had problems before 1 year. Although the company that we have given the job to come to fix it, we still have problems with the products. In such cases, it is absolutely necessary to look at the price-performance balance. We understood again how important it is to work with the best in the first place, as the kitchen and bathroom are not products to be changed constantly. We would like to thank all DEMSAŞ family, especially Ms. Yasemin ?
