Defalarca aramama ragmen cvp veren olmadı. Mademki zor anımda telefona cvp verilmiyor neden ilk sırada acil servis olarak hizmet veriyor gözüküyorsunuz.ve volsvogen markasının acil servisini adınıza yüklüyorsunuz. Yapamıyorsanız bırakın işin hakkını veren yolda koymayan birileri yapsınHakkımı helel etmiyorum.

Halbuki aracın Türkiye'ye geldiğini Volkswagen müşteri hizmetlerinden doğrulattım. Sonuçta ukala bir tavırla "bu aracı size opsiyonlamak istemiyorum" dedi. Yani o kadar şımardılar ki anlatmak imkansız. Siz siz olun uzak durun!

Öncesinde Afyonkarahisar’a gidip ne satış temsilciyle tanıştım ne de aracı gördüm her şeyi telefonla hallettik. Aracın bedelini bile oraya gidip görmeden gönderdim. Uzaktan yapılabilecek işlemler hallolduktan sonra Afyonkarahisar’a gittim sagolsunlar benimle çok ilgilendiler notere götürdüler, şoförlere odasına götürdüler. Aracımı hiç sorunsuz Afyonkarahisar’dan Antalya’ya getirdim. Başta Sinan Bey ve Selin Hanım olmak üzere çok ilgililer çok teşekkür ederim kendilerine. Ayrıca hediyeler için gerçekten çok teşekkür ederim. Nasip olursa bir sonra ki aracımı da Afyonkarahisar Demoto dan almayı planlıyorum.

I stopped by because my vehicle gave a coolant warning while I was on vacation in Afyon. Their staff was friendly and solution oriented, they did not turn us down despite their busyness, they added antifreeze to my vehicle without any charge and gave information about what I should do if the problem recurs.
