★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KESİNLİKLE ÜRÜN ALMANIZI TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM. Profesyonellikten uzak bir çalışma sistemleri var. Ürünü satana kadar herşey süper , sattıktan sonra ürünün sorunlarıyla ilgilenme kaplumbağa hızında... Döküm soba aldım kapağının altındaki keçe sökülüp düştü. Olabilir dedik insan yapısı , tamire çağırdık tam 16 gün sürdü gelmeleri. Tamam yoğun kar yağışı vardı ilk 3 gün ama sonrasında da attığım mesaja dönülmedi. En son aradığımda (16.gün) 1 saat sonra geleceklerini söylediler , sobayı soğutmamızı ve beklememizi söylediler tam 5 saat sonra geldiler. Geldiklerinde doğal olarak sobayı tekrar yaktığımızdan keçe takma işlemini yapamadılar kırık olan soba kapağı pimini de şarjlı cihazlarının şarjı bitik olduğu için takamadılar ve "daha sonra geleceğiz" diyerek gittiler Bakalım eğer tekrar aramazsam ne kadar daha bekleyeceğiz. Tam da bu sebeplerden dolayı TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THE PRODUCT. They have an unprofessional working system. Everything is great until I sell the product. After selling the product, dealing with the problems of the product at the speed of a turtle... I bought a cast iron stove and the felt under its cover came off and fell. We said it might be man-made, we called for repair, it took exactly 16 days for them to arrive. Ok, there was heavy snowfall for the first 3 days, but after that, the message I sent was not returned. The last time I called (on the 16th day), they said they would come after 1 hour, they told us to cool the stove and wait, they came exactly 5 hours later. When they came, they couldn't put the felt on because we naturally burned the stove again. For these reasons, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
