Ses izolasyonu namına birşey yok. Daire almadan önce gelin daire sahiplerine sorun. Daire satarken biz 7 sene garanti veririz diyerek sattılar. Mesken olmadığı için su ve elektriği 2 kat fazla ödedik. Üstelik mesken parası da ödemiştik. Halen de meskeni olmayan bloklar mevcut.
