I'm making a complaint to all the necessary places in a rude firm disrespectful.

As a service, they do the best they can and help. Of course, some ignorant people think that they are buying the service, not the material. By the way, greetings to the owner and all of his staff.

About 1 year ago, we bought the newest model Iron Casting combi boiler. Although it heated the radiators 2 weeks ago, the boiler stopped providing hot water. We created a record at the center and telephoned the İskenderun service to report the failure. It was said that we cannot give time and days, we will let you know when the installer will come. The service came a day later, they said the heat setting was not well done! Nonsense because we tried every setting and it didn't benefit. The installer went and the water was still cold. 3 days later the installer came back, played with the buttons and went back. The result is still cold water. He came back after 1 week, the parts needed to be changed. He changed parts and we said let's try when he was about to go, and we saw that the water is still cold. It would go without trying and whether it was fixed or not. When he realized that the water was still cold, he said that another part needs to be changed and if there is a piece, we will wear it tomorrow or it will be put on a later day. I was not at home. When I heard about this situation from the children, I said not that much and I telephoned the service and explained the situation. I mentioned the amateurishness of the coat and what happened to us. They said there was a piece, but not today, we'll try to get it done tomorrow. Yes, it is Demir Döküm İskenderun Service that does this. Although I stated that the installer came 3 times in 2 weeks and we still could not take a shower due to cold water, today I would definitely resolve it or I would complain, but they did not come because they did not care and there was no sound. I am amazed how a brand like Demir Döküm works with such a service. After that, Demir Döküm is the product of repentance and the amateur İskenderun Pınarbaşı service that caused it. They shamelessly call themselves service. Oh, to the service like that. They deserved a very cold shower from me. I will report this complaint to the center tomorrow. I hope they take it seriously. I would not even recommend such service company to my enemy. Zero in service and number 10 in amateurishness.

We are complaining about the Iskenderun Demirdöküm Pınarbaşı branch. We made an appointment months ago, they didn't come. Now we made an appointment again on August 3rd, we called them intermittently until the appointment day and asked them not to forget us. They did not come for the appointment at 14:00 on Saturday. We called maybe 6 times, they are opening, they liked it, we put them in line today, although they said they will come until 20:30, unfortunately they did not come again. Our boiler was broken, we called especially in the summer time, because it would be busy in winter and we would be victims, but thanks to them, they still managed to make victims.
