★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aradım ilk söyledikleri 60 tl ücret servisin gelmesi tamam gelsin dedim geldi 10 dkkya baktı kart arızalı 750 tl değişim ücreti var dedi kartın sıfırı 300 tl tamirde olmuyormuş sözde tamir ettirdim 40 tlye sorunsuz çalışıyor nasıl sökülüyor kart diye sordum ben gösteremem dedi madem oda olmaz sen sök dedim sökmedi ama birşey yapmadan 60 tlyi almaya gelince yok denilmiyor o yüzden hiç memnun kalmadım
I called the first thing they said, 60 TL fee service is OK, I said I came, I came, 10 minutes looked, the card is defective 750 TL, there is a replacement fee, the card is zero, 300 TL is not in repair, I supposedly got it repaired, 40 tlye is working smoothly, I asked how I disassembled the card, I said I could not show it, I would not say the room would not disassemble, I said but it is not said when it comes to taking 60 tly without doing anything, so I am not satisfied at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demirdöküm Yetkili Servis diye hizmet veriyor ama inanın dışarıdaki herhangi bir servis bunlardan daha kaliteli ve daha profesyonel hizmet veriyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Kombi arızası için çağırdım üç kere geldiler arızayı tespit edemediler, bu arada arızalı olmayan parçaları değiştirdiler ve bu parçaların parasını aldılar. Üç gün boyunca farklı farklı kişiler geldi. Sonuçta arızanın üç yollu vananın bay pas parçasından olduğu anlaşıldı. 20-30 liralık parça yüzünden 900 TL ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldım. Ben hakkımı helal etmiyorum, bu servisi de demirdöküme de şikayet ettim.
Demirdöküm provides service as Authorized Service, but believe me, any outside service provides better quality and more professional service. I definitely do not recommend. I called for the boiler failure, they came three times and could not detect the fault, in the meantime, they replaced the non-defective parts and took the money for these parts. Different people came over the course of three days. As a result, it was understood that the fault was from the bypass part of the three-way valve. I had to pay 900 TL for a 20-30 lira piece. I'm not halal, I have complained about this service to Demirdöküm.
