★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar kibar. Ancak Bien Connect malesef "müşteri düşmanı". Kurulum için taa evinize gelip herşeyi yapıyorlar. Ama abonelik bitince önce fax çek , bir hafta bekle sonra cihazı getir. Yani tam bir eziyet.
 Employees are kind. However, Bien Connect is unfortunately "enemy of the customer". They come all the way to your house for installation and do everything. But when the subscription ends, first fax it, wait a week, then bring the device. I mean, it's pure torture.

I don't have a problem with the dealer, but I can't do a penny with this Digiturk company...

I went for the return process, they were helpful in a polite way. During the installation, I got answers to the questions I asked. I've never had a problem.

It won't take a year for a company that sees its customers as sheep to be milked, Digiturk outdated system and this customer dissatisfaction to go bankrupt ?

My experience with the dealer was very very good. The kindness I crave. No matter how good you are, I have to take off 1 star because of the brand you are the dealer of, I'm sorry :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün gittim abonelik iptali için hemen dilekçe yazıp gönderdiler 5 dakikada bitti. Ne e devlet ne de evrak istediler. Müşteri memnuniyeti güzeldi. Yorumlara bakıyorum alakası yok
I went today, they wrote a petition for the cancellation of the subscription and it was over in 5 minutes. They did not ask for any government or documents. Customer satisfaction was good. I'm looking at the comments
