★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Diva, we had a great holiday here. I met with animator Vlad. He is always cheerfully and sociable with all the people around him.
Every day he made airgun in amphiteatr.A lot of people always gather at his place, thank him very much for an interesting and active vacation.The hotel is beautiful, clean, everything is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, kind and servile stuff. Pretty good food, but little monotone.
Housekeeping is terrible. It is clean, but everyday they forgot to leave something in the room: glass, toalet paper, coffee, towel..... and much more annoying is that you have to jump all day over their carts and vacuum cleaner in hotels holes.
Big minus also for guest relations, NOBODY speaks English!?
Bad Wi Fi.

In all hotels around the world, there is a contact point or a lobby that if someone needs to visit a hotel guests.
My friend came from Germany and asked me to meet in the Hotel lobby, he'd liked to make a plan for his trip in Turkey. The Hotel didn't permit us to use the lobby neither allowed me enter the Hotel! ( I had been vaccinated too, and I had informed security and receptions)
Also my German friends were not satisfied about rooms and its facilities.
Finally, the hotel does not respect to clients and needs to review many tasks and attributes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff are very friendly and willing to help with a smile.
(Elmira and Yassin in the guest relation are exceptional)
Facilities are amazing apart from the bed(could be better, firmer)and
iron(not available in rooms but ironing could be provided in the morning)
Colours and design are built with a good taste.
Food variety is great, plus the idea of different cuisines in the evening with specific locations is a cool idea?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and caring staff, a wide variety of Turkish and international cuisine, constant activity and a 24-hour open buffet. I recommend a nice hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms updated clean, staff is great very helpful although could use a little more English. Its a nice ambient atmosphere. Food is included and pretty good buffets, its mostly targeted towards europeans usually vacation on lower budgets really nice for families but cant complain €250 a night is a steal compared to worse places in states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff absolutely make this hotel, they are amazing. Hotel rooms and all areas are immaculate but if u have a land view room then be prepared to bring earplugs as the road if the outside door is open is really noisy. I found the hotel decor too fussy, and the food was average at best. Cakes were strange tasting and I didn't get a decent bit of fresh chicken at all, was very dry. No gluten free bread either
Restaurant staff were first class, such lovely people.
3 stars for the food, 5+ stars for the staff.
