★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mart 2020 de iki balkon kapattırma gafletinde bulundum. Getirdikleri ısı camlar içerden buğu yaptı. Yeni ölçü alıp değiştirelim dediler gelen camların ölçüsü yanlış 3 cm ilk açıklık var. Sözde bir de ısıcam yaptırdık ama 3 cm fen püfür püfür esiyor. Defalarca aradım ama maalesef işe sahip çıkan da yok, takip eden de yok. Sözüm ona köklü büyük firma. Sakın ha sakın işini takip etmeyenlerle, ürününün ve sözünün arkasında duymayanlarla çalışmayın. Bir yıldızı bile haketmiyor ama daha aşağısı yok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiraladığım sıfır dairenin balkon camları ve pencereleri bu firma tarafından yapılmış. Daireyi teslim aldığımda cam balkonlar kitlenmiyordu bile. Yatak odasında bulunan cam balkonda el girecek kadar açıklık mevcut. Kapıyı kapatırken kapının ölçüleri yanlış olduğundan camım çatladı. Camın etrafındaki çerçeveleri bile tam yerleştirmemişler. Fitilleri bile eksik bazılarının. Camlara fitil uygulamama rağmen hala soguk geliyor. Sıfır dairede bunlari bu şekilde teslim etmelerine rağmen , gelin düzeltin dediğimizde servis parası talep ediyorlar . Kısacası 1 yıldız bile haketmiyor. Yaptığı işi hakkıyla yapıp teslim eden ve arkasında duran firmalara verin paranızı.

Although they deliver them in this way in the new flat, when we say come and fix them, they demand service money. In short, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Give your money to companies that do their job properly and deliver it and stand behind it.
