Dış cephe işçilik detayları ve karakteristik Baltık mimari stiliyle Kars'ta muhakkak görülmesi gereken yapılardan biri. It is one of the important buildings built in the Russian occupation process and protected to date. It is one of the must-see structures in Kars with its exterior craftsmanship details and characteristic Baltic architecture style.

Emniyette memur bana demesin mi bu sizin adınıza değil diye. Veznedeki beyfendi benden önceki kişi adına yatırmış ehliyet paramı. Hemen geri koştum müdürle konuştum yanlışı düzelttiler. Vezneci orada değildi orada olsa bir azarı haketmişti. The architecture is beautiful because it is old, but it is not possible to say the same for the interior. There is almost no waiting area, there is no such thing as taking turns. I had to deposit money to get the license, when it was my turn, I gave my ID and the documents, I thought the man had done it, I rushed directly to the police station without looking at the documents to catch the plane. Shouldn't the police officer tell me that it's not on your behalf. The gentleman at the cashier deposited my license money on behalf of the person before me. I immediately ran back, talked to the manager, they corrected the mistake. The teller was not there, but if he was there, he deserved a scolding.

This has to be the most elegant and glamorous structure of Baltic architecture. We should protect and value these beauties in our country more. The building, which was built centuries ago, is magnificent as if it was built in the first days. It has an excellent appearance. The street is a very beautiful street. B	Bülent kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onca eser arasinda gözden kacan bir yapi gibi duruyor.Ama Baltik mimarinin en iyi örneklerinden.Rengi ve mimari olarak o kadar zarif duruyor ki.Kars'ta o kadar tarihi eser var ki gezilecek yerler arasinda gözukmuyor Defterdalik binasi,hemen eski Vali konaginin altinda ugrayin. It looks like an overlooked structure among all those works. But it is one of the best examples of Baltic architecture. It looks so elegant in terms of color and architecture. There are so many historical artifacts in Kars that it is not visible among the places to visit, the Defterdalik Building is just under the old Governor's mansion.
