As a family of 6, we rented the house no. 1 for 5 days. In general, we were satisfied. The house and garden were clean and beautiful. It is close to the sea, but the beach was very stony. There were kitchen utensils in the house that needed urgent replacement. I recommend that you take your Teflon pan with a wooden spoon, etc. when you go. Cutting board etc. We bought it again. Kettle is also unusable because of too much lime. Other than that, we sometimes had a hot water problem, but Ersin took care of it. The shower cabin is a bit worn. The wifi at home was working fine only in some places. Not having a closet in a 3-bed room is also a minus in my opinion. Despite all this, it is a nice place to stay with children. We thank you.

It is very ideal for families with children, the distance to the beach is short, the pleasure of the garden and the balcony was beautiful, the house and furniture in general were new and useful. We stayed at Derin Evler about a week ago as a family of four. A pleasant holiday home with its exterior, when you enter the house, it is easily noticed that attention is paid to cleanliness. But especially the bathrooms are obviously neglected. The shower cabin door does not close completely. The hanging area of ​​the shower head is broken. The subject of the house is very beautiful. The sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The beach and the entrance to the sea are stony. But when you're past waist level in the sea, it's mostly sand. There is a clean sea where you encounter fish while swimming. If we go back home; Small deficiencies in kitchen utensils that you can notice at 10-11 at night (no bottle opener or the absence of matches in the presence of a kitchen stove that has to be lit with matches) can momentarily upset you. When called, the landlord does his best to make up for the deficiencies. Three of the four air conditioners in the house perform well. The performance of one of the air conditioners upstairs is very poor. Although all air conditioners operate at the same settings, water flows after this air conditioner works for a while. Mr. Ersin offered to send service but I did not want it. It would be nice if it was reviewed in a non-guest period. The cabinet with shelves placed in the three-bed room upstairs acts more like an open bookcase. It is not possible to hang clothes. It can be a problem for a family that wants to use the full bed capacity. There are mosquito nets on all the windows of the house. However, if you open the outer door-balcony door to enter or leave the house after about 19.00, mosquitoes attack in swarms. Unfortunately, the mosquito repellent we put in the room is not effective against them. I've seen it done to drugs only once in six days. The municipality seems uninterested in the area. Mosquitoes, palm trees about to dry, ... Hot water is based on solar energy. When the usage increases a little bit, it becomes insufficient and cold water flows. At the same time, a low-cost solution can be obtained if the warehouse and/or panel capacity is increased according to the maximum guest capacity. Power outages are another problem. In order for the fault not to be rectified, each flat should have a generator infrastructure that can operate the most adequate air conditioner and provide basic lighting. If the fault cannot be rectified, besides the heat, there may also be a safety issue when there is no lighting. Despite the shortcomings I mentioned, I had a nice holiday with my family. But I thought it would be helpful to know what you might encounter before you come. It gets full marks for cleanliness and proximity to the sea. But there is still a long way to go for professionalization in other fields.
