Dedeman Zonguldak

I had dinner on 2 successive nights at the Dedeman Hotel in Zonguldak.  The staff under the very efficient direction of Mr Murat were very attentive and helpful and  they made it a pleasure to dine in the hotel.

Worst customer service ever, I called earlier to book a 3 guest bedroom, a girl name Merve said it’s available. After a long drive to the hotel, they provided me only with 2 beds without telling me. Once I compalined about it they apologized and said they dont have bedrooms for 3 guest. Another problem they dont speak english. You need a translor to comunicate with them. Worst hotel ever

Nice hotel with beautiful sea view. Rooms are new and well furnished. Breakfast is delicious, they are careful with hygiene. Due to the pandemi wearing mask is obligatory, food are served by hotel staff. There is a mall near hotel, it is a perfect stop during road trip in Blacksea region.

Great experience for me. Amazing location, nice staff , nice restaurant , but breakfast should be more variation. İ would to thank ali on reception for his kindness

wow, what an experience! such a city hotel. the decor has coal mining elements as a tribute to the city’s history. cozy room, warm hallways, magical rooftop, nice spa, and good attending customer service like ms. zümrüt... looking forward to my next stay

It's pretty hotel We found it very lovely The river view is amazing The food in the restaurant is very delicious The room service is fantastic

I had really horrible experience in this hotel. I chose this hotel because it’s 5 start and most expensive hotel in the Zonguldak city. But i have regretted so much and west my money for this horrible Hotel. The staff attitude was very rude and aggressive, even the manager his name is Ersin was rude didn’t try to help instead he was yelling at me. No one in the hotel even say hello or hi, accept one kitchen staff Batuhan he was very polite and helpful but in the breakfast table there is no label at all I don’t know what I have chosen some people has allergies but they don’t care they just dumped everything no labels. Some of the staff When they don’t want it they pretended to not understand or speak English any other time speak English and they are very racist. The room was hot, no aircon I complained 4 times during day till night then I have been ignored by them then I decided to checkout next day. Then the manager and general manager of the hotel they offered me to stay and change to other rooms with requesting me to deleted my review in google and trip advisor with free of charged. Which I have agree to delete because of there reputation but the room they have changed was smell of toilet overnight ever day for 6 days and when I want check out they ask me to pay for the room extra which they supposed to change I have to call the booking company to solve my payment. If I have booked hotel from hotel directly I would never be able to leave the hotel without paying extra 900 + TL. I am not happy at all I will never come back to this hotel ever. I don’t recommend for any non Turkish nationality to stay in this hotel it is horrible hotel don’t even think please stay somewhere else’s cheaper and same views with better service and attitude it worse your money.

Hotel is very good has everything you need plus looking right out on the black sea
