★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and amenities. Had delicious food at its restaurant for breakfast as well as dinner.
When the experince level of the entry level workers are improved, this hotel will be unmatched in quality, since the upper managers are well trained and know how to handle any situation, such as how Mr Alper Yildiray handled a guests accidental water spillage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the hotel for work. A nice smart place with good rooms and WiFi. The breakfast selection is good also. As a lone traveller though, the restaurant is not great in the evening. It takes a long time for the food to arrive. It is tasty, but not amazing. I would recommend exploring the town for good food. The bar and lobby staff are friendly and helpful, despite not everyone having good English. Some outer parts of the hotel are not complete. The location seems good for access to the town. Overall, a tidy place that is OK for Turkey.

The most negative point is that the majority of the staff doesn’t know any English language.
Other than that, everything is just OK.
