★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhabalar spa bölümünde masaj yaptırdığım esnada odaya bi bay ve bayan girdi. Çalışan personelinizin erkek arkadaşıydı bu duruma aşırı derece de sinir oldum. Yetkili arkadaşa neden böyle bir durum yaşandığını sorduğumda arkadaşlar birini ararken yanlışlıkla girdiğini söyledi ve özür dahi dilenmedi ve gülerek cevap verildi. Bu konu hakkında müşteri mahremiyeti gözetlenmesi gerektiği düşünüyorum. Park dedeman gibi kurumsal bir otele hiç yakışık bir durum değil. Bunu tüm çalışan arkadaşlarıma ve yakınlarıma ileteceğim.
 Hello, while I was having a massage in the spa section, a man and a woman entered the room. The employee was the boyfriend of your staff, I was extremely angry about this situation. I think that customer privacy should be observed on this issue. It's not befitting for a corporate hotel like Park Dedeman. I will forward this to all my colleagues and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedeman otel bildiğim ve kullandığım bir otel fakat kırsal bölgelere yayildikca hizmette kalite düşüyor sanırım spa bölümünüzü pek beğenmedim hijyen problemi var maskeleriniz dil bilmiyor masaj konusunda profesyonel gibiler ama hissettirmiyorlar, kalite dozunu arttırmanız lazim isminizi yakışır hizmet bekliyoruz..
Dedeman Hotel is a hotel that I know and use, but as it spreads to rural areas, the quality of service decreases, I think, I do not like your spa section, there is a hygiene problem, your masks do not speak the language, they seem like professionals in massage, but they do not make you feel, you need to increase the quality dose, we expect service worthy of your name..

Uyarmamıza rağmen resepsiyondaki ekipten 1 hanımefendi hariç diğer kalas arkadaşlar sallayıp maskesini takmadı bile. Restaurant ekibi takmıyor.
Elazığ ayrı bir ada ülkesi de pandemi bitti mi?
Böyle rezillik olmaz.
Kahvaltı odalar temizlik sıkıntı yoktu. Etrafında sosyal olanak yok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yapı bence otel olmaya karar verememis henuz. Herseyiyle basarisiz bir tesis. Odalar sigara kokuyor. Yastik temiz degil ve sigara kokuyordu, kabul edilemez bir durum. Pandemiyi falan sallayan yok. Yakin cevrede birsey yok. Bir daha konaklayabileceğim bir otel kesinlikle degil.
I think the building has not decided to become a hotel yet. It's a failing facility in every way. Rooms smell of cigarettes. The pillow was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, unacceptable. No one is shaking the pandemic or anything. There is nothing nearby. Definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.
