Quite old hotel with great location and amazing view surrounding this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Alkan, he's very helpful with all the questions through phone also arranged for free airport transportation (even though we only stayed for 3 nights). The hotel room is comfy enough, don't expect something fancy because it's an old building, but when you see the ski track is so PERFECT because you can reach Palandoken ski track just through the back door. Very comfortable for families with children like us. Our children really loved the skiing lessons with the friendly coach. You also get skipass, which allows you to go on every cable ride to ski around, with deposit 50 TL per person that will be returned when you check out. The restaurant served 3 large buffet per day with various delicious menus. Soft drinks and alcohol are unlimited. All the serving and catering staff are friendly and helpful. Hopefully can go back here for skiing next time. Definitely recommended!

overall experience was lovely and staff was very cooperative specially Dietitian Ms. Merve was very helpful throughout although we had a language barrier but she made sure we were satisfied with our food!

It is a nice hotel. If you expect luxury holiday resort this is not for you . But if you want nice ,cosy, clean and good service hotel then definitely a good option . Friendly service ,very good food and clean beddings etc . This is what I would like to get from a hotel with 5 and 7 years old children. I would definitely come here for my next ski holiday . Very crowded, personal belongings can get lost/stolen easily. My Bluetooth headphones magically disappeared and they only say sorry, no security check. Even skiing gears dissappeared from reception area. Hotel is very old, ski rooms smells very bad and lockers are dirty. Food quailty is poor. Beside location everthing is poor. If you have to stay becareful!

Everything was not like a few years ago Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very poor. The only restaurant in the hotel was closed at 4 o'clock until noon tomorrow and at this time you will not find anything to eat unless you drive 10 km and go to the city. The hotel's plans were worse than in previous years. The attitude of the staff was acceptable but the quality of the hotel was poor. The pool water was cold and unusable. The pool manager forced us to buy a swimming cap from him, even for my bald friend?. Valentine's Night was not celebrated like in previous years. The quality of the ski slope was good. The price of ski rental was high. The rooms smelled and the bathroom and toilet were very bad. This was my last time
