★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeli iyidi odaları biraz soğuktu temizlik ile ilgili çok bir sıkıntı görmedik ama sıvı sabun yoktu
 The staff were good, the rooms were a little cold, we did not see much of a problem with cleaning, but there was no liquid soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3sene once kalmistik memnunduk diye 2021 Ağustos'ta tekrar tercih ettik ama koskocaman hayal kirikligi... Hic tavsiye etmem, o kadar bakimsiz ve pis ki. Kahvalti deseniz kahvalti adina dogru durust bir sey yok. İstanbul'dan geldik, ama kendi memleketimiz adina uzulduk. Biz hadi Erzurumluyuz ama disaridan gelen biri icin misafirperverlik konusunda kendi adima utandim. Otel sadece ogrencilerin eline kalmis. Bir sey soruyorsunuz eksikleri tamamlama konusunda talepte bulunuyorsunuz surat asiyorlar :)ailemle gelip konakladim bir daha tercih etmem...
We stayed 3 years ago because we were satisfied, so we chose it again in August 2021, but it was a huge disappointment... I wouldn't recommend it, it's so neglected and dirty. If you say breakfast, there is nothing honest about breakfast. We came from Istanbul, but we felt sorry for our own country. Come on, we are from Erzurum, but for someone coming from outside, I was embarrassed about hospitality myself. The hotel is in the hands of students only. You ask something, you make a request to complete the deficiencies, they sulk :) I came and stayed with my family, I wouldn't prefer it again...

I had to stay because the company saw fit. An uninteresting hotel. There is no benefit other than hot water. The internet is not everywhere. The remotes of the TV are broken, the phone does not work. The room is not cleaned unless you say so. Vs vs...

The hotel needs maintenance in every aspect, from breakfast to how bad is the hair dryer and the female staff is uninterested, cold, the hotel has a heating problem, I froze until the morning, I said change the room, they said all the same

Not worth a penny, no breakfast, no tomato cucumbers, no napkins cut 4 days ago, no soap in the toilets on the tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiyatı uygun, insanları iyi, merkeze yakın.. standart öğretmen evleri gibi, normal otel beklemeyin. her Erzurum'a gelişimizde tercih ettiğimiz otel.
Affordable price, good people, close to the center.. like standard teacher's houses, don't expect a normal hotel. The hotel we choose every time we come to Erzurum.
