★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maalesef az malzemos :( Aslında mevzu baştan yanlış. Sizin müşteri olarak ayvalık tostuna verdiğiniz paranın yarısı dükkanın mülk sahibine kira olarak gidiyor. Fiyatın diğer yarısı ise malzeme, elektrik, su, gaz, çalışanların parası, işletme karı olarak kalıyor. Tapu sahibi yattığı yerden sizin tostun yarısını yiyor. İşletme sahibine kızamıyorum. Sorun özel mülkiyet ve kira geliri ile asalak gibi yaşayan insanlar. Bu dükkan bu adamın olsa hem fiyat biraz ucuz hem ayvalık tostu daha bol malzemeli olur. Peki bu nasıl olacak? Uzun mesele. Afiyet olsun.
