Since we had a long way to go to Bodrum, we stayed in Uşak. While we were looking for a nice patisserie where we can have breakfast, we chose Gel-Gör Fırın Patisserie, which has the most comments among patisseries in the center of Uşak. We went to the location but couldn't find a patisserie with this name. There was a place called Dede Salim Patisserie Bakery, and it turned out that the name had changed a week ago. It's run by a lady called Hala. The products are very nice, they opened a workshop downstairs. He says that before the name was changed, the products were coming from outside, now we are making it ourselves here. He still took great care of us. He and his staff are very friendly. We were very satisfied. The pastries, boyozu, sawdust pastry and tea are quite delicious and we even had packages made with us. We left with a good memory in our minds about Uşak.
