It is a very beautiful place and a very clean cağ is being made, I even say it is the best cağ I have ever eaten.

It looks like a humble establishment from the outside, but when you go inside and eat doner kebab, you taste one of the most delicious things in the world. As an Artvin native, it would be my shame not to know this place before Vedat Milor. After I learned its name, I tried to go every time I was in Artvin. Every time I went, doner kebab kept its taste and Ersin Usta kept its modesty, but the number of customers was constantly increasing. So much so that we made the mistake of going on a feast day and waited in line for almost half an hour. My advice to you is to choose a quiet day during the week, not during the holidays, to be there until noon, and to experience the master's skewers like Turkish delight, if you have any left over, after the gyros. While you're at it, don't forget to chat with Ersin Usta, who has a friendly and pleasant conversation.

Cağ is delicious, it's a bit sad that it doesn't stay around 12:00. After about 1.5 hours from our accommodation, we reached ardanuç and tried this cag kebab, yes, it is definitely a good taste, no words. But there is a lack of activity in the region except for the cag, just for the cag (usually rocky, steep, construction trucks abound). (on very winding roads) it may upset you to go back :)

When I went around 10.30, the doner was this size. Doner is delicious. It seemed a little less spiced and unsalted to me. Those who are accustomed to the era -like me- may not find much difference. Service was also good considering the number of tables and space. There will be a waiting time as there is a queue.

A great taste. We went a long way on Vedat Milor's suggestion. Both skewers and kebabs are delicious, and Ersin Bey takes care of his guests one-on-one. Attention! It is difficult to find food after 13.30.

It was one of the best meats I've ever eaten. While we were in Trabzon, we drove for a few hours and it was definitely worth it. Although it is a small, shabby place, it is never empty and you have to go before noon, it usually ends by noon.
