A great 3-star hotel but very capable of a 5-star hotel in terms of cleanliness, client service and warmly receptions. It is very wonderful for a weekend getaway in Eskisehir and the open bufe breakfast is a very big plus. I gladly recommend this hotel without any reservation.

Dirty sheets, not warm water or rooms

lacation is very good. beds are goode but bathrooms isn,t. hair dryer didn,t work . no phone for calling reception and i had to go down for a problem about internet. it ,s middle place.

What I liked about this hotel is its location. From there, many top attractions are only a few minutes away by taxi. Also, it is a walking distance to the popular area called Adalar where you can find several nice restaurants, cafes and tram stations. It was winter when we chose to stay at Deda Thermal Hotel during our Eskisehir travel, but it didn't live up to its name "thermal hotel." With 2 small children with us during a cold winter month of January, it was indeed a challenge to stay there - our room was cold, their centralized heating wasn't working at all, no air-conditioning as an alternative, we had to leave the tap running for at least 40 minutes for the water to get warm so we could shower, the corner of our room was leaking and we had to put towels on the floor to prevent the entire room from getting wet, breakfast was barely satisfactory, and internet connection very weak. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were too stiff, and the sheets smelled like they were barely washed. There was not even a room telephone. After the first day of such lousy service, they moved us to a different room with no extra charge, but we faced the same issues again. Because we already paid the full 5-day stay and couldn't get a refund, we just chose to think of it as an indoor camp. Though a couple of receptionists were kind and could speak good English, I don't recommend this hotel especially for families with children and winter vacationers.

This hotel is simply terrible. We were booked on a 2 Bed room, we were directed to the last room down the corridor, which the internet barely reachs, also the mini fridge isn't working, plus the remote control for the TV and the Air conditioner didn't work. All though friendly staff. Overall, avoid staying at the hotel, and find another one.

Hello there, If you are coming to Eskisehir, I think it’s the best hotel with services and hospitality. Especially offered by Mr.Umut and Ms.Deniz. Thank you so much for your services. Rooms are comfortable and next to the markets and transportation.

I don't know if this otel was good before or no, but in my experience, it was a bad night, the bed is totally not comfortable, I'm laying and felt like I'm falling down, so bad smell, make me cough ? all the night, the bed cover was dirty, until we call them to change it again for us, so much noise coming from other room, that if you bring your children there you will feel shy, even if people taking shower in their room we heard that, about smell is not dirty smell, it's a smell of dust and damp... That hotel gives me bad energy, which make had bad dreams when I finally slept, really was bad experience their, but the worker guy of night shift, was gentle and acting good at least. I can't recommended this hotel for anyone...
